Bloom HDF is designed around local photo editing. If your workflow stays on-device, your images stay on-device too unless you explicitly export or share them.

Information You Provide

If you contact support, you may provide your name, email address, screenshots, device details, or a description of the issue. That information is used only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Photos and File Access

Bloom HDF may request access to your photo library or files so you can import and export images. That access is used only to perform the actions you request inside the app.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Bloom HDF may use limited analytics or crash reporting to improve stability and performance. Those tools should not collect the contents of your photos unless you intentionally include them in a support request.
